Confirm if the cup is securely fastened (Align the transparent part of the cup body with the display panel after tightening; otherwise, it will be recognized as an empty cup and won’t start).

Check if the blade is jammed because of the large amount of pulp. Solution: ① Turn the machine upside down, tilt the pulp onto the cup lid, wait for the blade to start rotating, and then quickly shake the cup at a 45 or 60-degree angle. ② Cut the fruit flesh into 1 * 1cm pieces. 4. Do not use while charging.
